Creative Placemaking: Circular Economy & Art @ Quarryside
"Little Fashion for Love" – A Community Co-creation Experiment
舍區 Quarryside ——「時裳」裝置藝術與社區共創實驗
Client: St. James' Settlement (Green Little) x Edelweiss
Role: Partnership & Engagement Strategist

The Context
Bridging NGOs with Social Innovation
The Role: Acting as the strategic bridge, I curated a partnership between a grassroots social enterprise and St. James' Settlement (Green Little).
The Goal: To activate Quarryside (a prominent community space) with a meaningful narrative on sustainable fashion, transforming a standard charity sale into an interactive art experience.

Strategic Pillars
Curating Cross-Sector Partnership: Facilitated the collaboration between a specialized creative unit and a major NGO. This synergy leveraged Green Little's inventory resources and the social enterprise's creative workshop model to deliver a unique "Eco-Art" experience.
"Little Fashion for Love" Co-creation Model: Designed the "Co-creation Workshop" mechanism where children repurposed secondhand fashion items into art installations. This approach shifted the focus from "buying" to "creating," deepening the educational impact on the next generation.
Placemaking via Visual Installation: Directed the spatial concept of the "Eco-Fashion Installation", utilizing the outdoor fence of Quarryside to showcase the co-created artworks, successfully turning a one-day event into a visually engaging community checkpoint.
